The ADITime software is located on a company server and is deployed to business units in New Zealand and Australia via the Company intranet. We now have standard rosters built on the needs of the company. We are far more organised. Staff are more aware of future working rosters and 'work to them'. Managers have better documented Leave Planning options. Timesheets were signed by managers without as much financial awareness as we would have desired. Now, each day, the managers verify exceptions. That's awesome. The little extra 'here and there' 15 minutes from serveral staff have vanished.
Generally, the controls in place now are awesome. The monitoring system helps managers to feel in control of staffing levels that affect their budget. And, we've just started! So much more to develop.
The Support Team at iDt have been exceptional. Online Webinars and Tutorials have been VERY benieficial.
